Copyright Policy

Blooket Calculator respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Service if such claims are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Service, please notify our copyright agent as set forth below.

For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it (e.g., URL, screenshot).
  3. Contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  6. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

You can submit your DMCA notice through:

  • Our Contact Us page (please mark it as "DMCA Notice")
  • Email to our designated copyright agent (contact us for the email address)

Please allow 1-3 business days for an email response. Note that emailing your complaint to other parties such as our Internet Service Provider will not expedite your request and may result in a delayed response due to the complaint not being filed properly.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notice to our copyright agent containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
  3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your jurisdiction and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement

If a counter-notice is received, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that we may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

Blooket Calculator makes use of Blooket-related information for educational and informational purposes only. We believe this constitutes "fair use" of any such copyrighted material as provided for in section 107 of the US Copyright Law.

Our Service is designed to:
